One minute we’re calling Daniel to see if he’s in and that night we left with a new car. This service department is fantastic. I had a very frustrating experience with Burien Nissan and a non-existent experience with Campbell Nissan, who did not return phone calls, so to find I had a very frustrating experience with Burien Nissan and a non-existent experience with Campbell Nissan, who did not return phone calls, so to find Korum Nissan who were willing to discuss the CVT transmission issue with Sentras, give me some guidance on what to look for and how long I have under an extended warranty, and generally work to make sure that I had a good experience, felt heard, and that they tried to help has made up for the other two dealerships. I will make Korum Nissan my dealership of choice going forward, and I truly appreciate their candor, diligence, and honesty. Thank you to Nick and Blake, and to the mechanics whose names I don't know who updated my TCU settings. The car is driving better, but the service department is really the reason I'll be back.. More
