Took my daughter’s 2016 Nissan rogue to have front brakes replaced. After inspection notified that rotors needed to be replaced because of rust. Requested old rotors Return upon pick up. Inspected rotors on replaced. After inspection notified that rotors needed to be replaced because of rust. Requested old rotors Return upon pick up. Inspected rotors on pick up only found one side of 4 disk to have 1/8 inch rust around edge. This is why they replace the front rotors. Stopped at machine shop had them measure Rotors and inspect. They smiled and indicated no problem. Beware when you call And then when you drop off and then when they inspect, they will keep asking about the rotors. This should have been a clue. Wish service advisor Kyle had been there. I probably would not had this problem.. More

My wife and I drove from the lower valley to Puyallup for the simple fact of how well Daniel helped me over the phone. When we got there we were promptly greeted and asked if we needed any help. We ended up getting the WA state EV promo, and the detail team squeezed in our new car for the scratch and interior protectant on so we wouldn't have to drive back at a later date. We never once felt pressured to purchase the car and we were never pressured to buy a second car. We will for certain be coming back when we decide to upgrade my wife's car in the future. More

My husband and I have taken my Nissian to Bill Korums for years. We love the service department and have always been satisfied customers. Recently we purchased our first vehicle from them. We asked to work with Daniel per all his great reviews I thought maybe he was a celebrity! I can’t stand high pressure sales and was already stressed about someone hitting and totaling my car. I first spoke to Jimmy the sales manager. He was super friendly and answered all of our questions. He was upfront & gave us a written breakdown of what two different cars would cost out the door. This was amazing and shocking to me to have a car dealership do that! Daniel came down on his day off and delivered what others are saying. He was so kind, down to earth & easy to talk. We ended up driving three cars & left that day with zero pressure. The next day we went back & with some negotiating he got us a good deal & the best fit of a car for our needs. From start to finish it was the easiest car buying experience of my life. The business guy (sorry name escapes me) was also no pressure! He was really likable and fun to work with. Super nice team!
