I came in for an oil change. Everyone in the building treated me with respect, I did not intend to buy a vehicle but had been watching the new F150s for a while. While waiting for my oil change a nice young man helped me go on a test ride and I couldn’t leave without my new F150. If you are thinking about going with a new Ford these guys make it fun, easy, and affordable. I was shocked at how high my trade in value was. Ask for Jaylin. You won’t be disappointed. More

Very disappointed. Take your time and read the paper they have you sign when getting your vehicle. I bought my edge new from Bill Knight. They have been the only ones to do work on my vehicle. When my 2016 edge reached 40,000. Miles I asked if I needed an inspection or work on the engine or transmission or spark plugs. I’m from old school. Don’t know if these vehicles carry the stuff any more. The answer was alway my car was in good condition I didn’t need any work. The same answer was given on every oil change after that. When I had to go to Virginia I’ll take it to them and ask them to check belts and anything else. As always the answer would be all was good. This 2016 edge has had many recalls. From the first month of having it I had problems. Now my edge is at 81000+ miles they are saying I need a new transmission. $6000.+ But my records are with Stillwater that shows I have taken care of my vehicle even bought my tires through them. Today I went to pick up my edge and the service guy with a pleasant smile said” please sign here”. I asked what was I signing. It had papers showing I’m refusing service that was not offered. So I wrote on the paper that the service was not offered. There was a customer in front of me and I heard the service guy letting him know that at 50,000. Miles they do a transmission inspection. That was never offered to me even when I asked about it. Mr William (Bill) Knight is this what you are teaching training your employees. A free oil change does not cure a multitude of evils. Taking of a few dollars on transmission work does not work. Your Stillwater dealership needs to own up to their negligence. More
I highly recommend avoiding this dealership/service center. Save yourself the stress and money. There are so many local mechanics that value integrity, honesty, and open communication at a fraction of the price. Our experience at Bill Knight Ford has been a nightmare. We originally went in for radiator hoses that we thought would be covered under warranty. They were not, but the service center did find a long list of other “issues” we were unaware of. We told them to fix whatever was covered under warranty with our $100 deductible. A local mechanic quoted us a few hundred dollars to fix the radiator hoses, the same problem Bill Knight Ford wanted to charge literally thousands for! Going elsewhere was a no-brainer! We would have never went to Bill Knight in the first place, but that is who took our warranty. When we told them just to fix what the warranty will cover under our $100 deductible, they demanded we pay additional money for their diagnostic services that we didn’t ask for. We knew what was wrong with it because of the free diagnostic the other mechanic did. On two occasions we were told our car would be done by a certain date only to be told on that day it’s been pushed back another few days/week due to low staff, not having time to get started on it, ect. Calls and texts frequently went unanswered, not returned, or extremely delayed. They were unapologetically rude and unprofessional. 10/10 recommend going anywhere but here. More
