I was upset to have to be driven to enterprise car rental. It was a nightmare my car wasn’t clean so I had to wait 35 minutes there and caused me also to be late returning to work. My first frustrating experience with bill kay as I have been a member for 11 years. After the ordeal with the car rental I went back home 45 minutes away and they called me 10 minutes later to tell me my car was done. I did bring my laptop to work remote but they said it would take a day to fix. Went back after work to get my car another 45 minutes. Not sure why I couldn’t have taken a car in the lot and put me theu the rental BS! Rant over 😁 More

I brought it in for a recall repair. They took my car right away. I only waited about 30 minutes for them to do the work. Very Nice. The only downside to the whole visit was that Nissan would not hono right away. I only waited about 30 minutes for them to do the work. Very Nice. The only downside to the whole visit was that Nissan would not honor the free oil change coupon attached to the recall notice. Come on Nissan! Why should the coupon expire? That's bad customer service but not the fault of the dealership if I'm to believe what they told me. It's those kinds of miscues that put doubt into customers' minds when thinking about their next vehicle. More
