I arrived for service and wasn’t sure if I needed to stay by my vehicle before someone greeted me. Once I figured someone wasn’t coming to the car like Thomas Nissan in Joliet I walked into the office. They by my vehicle before someone greeted me. The turn around time was great I didn’t wait long at all. I was just shocked no one addressed me by my name not once during the entire visit. Once I got back to my car it looked worse then when it came in. The car wash was horrible. Overall I appreciated the fast service. More

2019 Nissan Altima Took my 2019 Nissan Altima in to get looked at since the check engine light was on. Ric was able to look at it right away and figure out the issue, he Took my 2019 Nissan Altima in to get looked at since the check engine light was on. Ghost in my car I have been plagued by the check engine light going on and off for a few months. The other shop was not able to find my problem but Ric at Bill Kay d I have been plagued by the check engine light going on and off for a few months.
