Disappointed I was charged $317 for work that I believe should have been done at the time of purchase 6 months ago. I am very disappointed. We purchased the car at the end of December and waited a long time for the service team to check it out. We put $7,000 as down payment and then have to pay over $300 out of pocket when coming in for the first routine oil change. Seems very unjust to me. More

They did a good job in analyzing the problem with the transmission. However, I AGAIN asked them not to change the seat position and OF COURSE they did!!! Very frustrating!!
