I have been looking for a new car since the beginning of the year. I had my heart set on an infinity FX35 or EX. After test driving the Infinity and the Murano, I found no difference. Honest. Reputable. Great Price. This place by far beat any used car price that we have looked at for the last 2 months. The car was in great delivery condition. They were short handed and Chaplin did a great job, sweating, trying to run around and accommodate the delivery. I am very thankful to have a dealership go out and look at the car and tell me exactly the problems, if they see any, and actually fix them prior to us coming in. Only disappointment is they did not fill up the car, but that keeps costs down for customers so I got over that shock fairly quickly after thinking how much gas costs me. However, they did fill up more than enough gas for us to go a few days prior to filling up. Bill Kay was probably the best experience that we have had since purchasing cars. Keep up the great work, and the manager should GIVE THIS GUY A RAISE!!!!!!! If it wasn't for his honesty and candid approach we probably would still be looking for our perfect car. We need more people like him in dealerships. More
Yesterday we decided to go and test drive a Nissan Rogue or Murano. We were greeted by Steve Wegener and he was very friendly and not pushy. He then showed us the inventory they had and we found one we liked and took it for a test drive. Usually this whole process is an unpleasant one for me and especially my wife, because you seem to be asked many questions and feel forced to want to make a deal on the spot. We told Steve we were looking, and may possibly go to other dealers to get other options. He lead us through the test drive and when we returned to the dealership, he asked if we wanted more information. We sat down and he was very informative about the deal he could offer us. We did some negotiations and ended up with a deal we could live with and a new car we really like. Steve made the whole process probably the most enjoyable car buying experience we've ever had. More

I drove up from St. Louis to look at a used (2003) Nissan Altima, which I thought was worth the drive. However, once getting up there and after dealing with the salesman (Tony) through several emails, the s Altima, which I thought was worth the drive. They were not willing to deal at all with me on the price of the car, and I was paying cash. They hinge on the door was malfunctioning resulting in the driver door not functioning properly. I said I would by the car if they would agree to fix the door prior to leaving. They agreed. However, as I was signing the paperwork, they told me that they would not be able to fix the door until tomorrow. I was not going to drive 4 1/2 hours again just for them to fix the door that they had originally stated they would fix. They did, however, provide me with the parts to fix the car, but now I have to pay for the labor for the hinges to be changed. Also, they switched the stereo back to the Bose factory stereo. I did not have a CD with me to test the stereo. Of course, when I did check it, the CD player did not work. Also, the gas cap needs to be replaced as well. I am sure they had to put gas in the car at some point while they had the car to notice that you need to pry it open to get gas. Also, safety checks were not complete on the car as well because one of the rear back up lights was not working too. Some of this stuff I would have not been so upset over had they told me from the beginning. So overall, I would never buy a car from Bill Kay Nissan. Not only would they not budge on the price, I have many things I need to repair on the car. I did buy the car because of the low mileage. However, I really wished I would have done more research on this particular dealer prior to buying from them. More
