They tell you a price over phone or email, then you get there and “oh, that’s assuming you quali Why can’t dealers ever be honest about their pricing? They tell you a price over phone or email, then you get there and “oh, that’s assuming you qualify for all these incentives”. Why can’t you be upfront about that? It wouldn’t be a deal breaker, but at least I’d know walking in what the real deal is. Then, there’s all the word salad about why you should definitely use Nissan financing. No effort to get someone happy with their purchase, it’s just a take it or leave it approach. Then they tell you it’s because they’re so busy that things slip through. That’s not good customer service. Thats not how you build customer loyalty. That’s what drives people to places like carmax, where everything is more transparent. More
