Recall Our car had a dysfunction wth the system and a recall. They woud not give us a car to drive whie the car was being looked at. They did a reset on the car, then the error kept coming back. They told us it Thursday night they still needed to find the problem and would keep the car. First thing Friday got a call it was done. They lied to my husband about replacing cameras, the paperwork does not show they fixed them or anything of that nature. Picked up the car and nothing was done. The car has the same problem it started with. We wasted 3 days of our time without a car big enough for our childrens car seats and were stranded only to have nothing fixed. It is a safety hazard and we have only had the car 8 mos. We are beyond furious. More
Attention to the little details? Bright my car in for oil change and tire rotation. Dealer recommended a new battery. Easy to work with I was very happy from first contact over the phone to the actual purchase. Only down fall, I was disappointed the car I purchased was not filled with gas. Got 3 miles away from the dealership and the warning lights I was out of gas went on. More

Would Not Recommend Basic questions couldn’t be answered by sales staff. Truck leaked oil and was just certified, but service hadn’t been addressed? I was told they would Basic questions couldn’t be answered by sales staff. Truck leaked oil and was just certified, but service hadn’t been addressed? I was told they would need another 3+ days to fix when it had been sitting on the lot for weeks. Parts that were supposed to be on the truck were not. The amount of time spent following up was ridiculous, finally took the truck to another dealership who fixed everything the same day. Would never recommend or return for service, what a hassle! Terrible experience More
