Ok, a few things that could have been done better. Found 2 used cars online that we wanted to look at for our son. We live 90 minutes away and were in contact with Paul Johnson vie email and phone. Phone call to confirm appointment time with an ETA as we were about 30 minutes away. Paul was gone for the day so another salesman took care of us. Even though we said we'd be there in 30 minutes or less, the vehicles were not pulled up near the sales floor. We had to wait for the porter to bring them both. The sales man was friendly and pleasant. We were ready for a test drive after copies made of license and insurance cards. (Had to ask for the insurance card back as it was left in the copy machine.) In all of the vehicles we have test drove, never, never have we had a sales man not only come with us but give us a predetermined route around the block to drive on, not going above 45 mph. We liked the car and made offers, settling on a fair price. We had no trade in and were paying cash for the entire purchase. $15,000.00 We make our way to the finance department. She was also pleasant and friendly. We wanted to purchase an additional warranty. She told us we could finance the $2800.00 warranty with 0% interest. We said yes only to be then told that the website was "down" and if we wanted to close the deal we had to purchase the warranty at that moment or be unable to purchase tomorrow or when the website was back up. Why not be able to print something out for us to review and sign so we could still get the warranty financed at 0%? Very disappointing. Riding home we realized that we did not have the vehicle's owners manual. We have made several efforts via email and phone to get a call back from the salesman and the dealership to get the owners manual mailed to us. It has been a few days and still no one has returned any communication. Overall we felt that the dealership employees were pleasant but never felt like anyone went out of their way to satisfy us, just doing their job. The dealership that we have used for several new car purchases makes sure we feel very satisfied. And, in the end, our son is happy with his new car. We have also replaced both air filters as they should have been replaced and will be getting new tires soon. More

I drive from the northern suburbs to Downers Grove for this kind of service. I wouldnt go anywhere else! More

Rather then me waiting hours to get my vehicle fixed, they will put me in a rental. Staff is always friendly which makes me feel comfortable. Highly recommend! More
