Ended up not going with Nissan but dealership recommended I went out of my way to go back to this dealership with the hopes to buy a Nissan. Unfortunately, the car didn't work out for my needs but I would go I went out of my way to go back to this dealership with the hopes to buy a Nissan. Unfortunately, the car didn't work out for my needs but I would go back to this dealership if I want a Nissan in the future! Randall and Nick were extremely professional, remembered my health concerns and went above and beyond to help me find a car to meet my family's needs. Not all dealerships did that with me during my test runs and the fact that Randall remembered me when I came back a few weeks later and remembered the cars I had issues with AND what the issue was (even when I didn't remember because I was testing so many cars when I first went there) was extremely impressive. Randall even brought a car over to me from a sister dealership in hopes that the car seat would meet my needs. He went above and beyond what my expectations were I was disappointed I couldn't buy a car from him. More

Service review I was able to get an appointment right away. When the part wasn't readily available I was given a loaner right away. My car was ready 24 hrs later. Nissan won’t take accountability for faulty product My 2014 Pathfinder transmission went out. Nissan lost a class action lawsuit about this year/model car’s transmission. We went to dealership 2 years a My 2014 Pathfinder transmission went out. Nissan lost a class action lawsuit about this year/model car’s transmission. We went to dealership 2 years ago with transmission issues with a recall notice and they say nothing is wrong. They refused to even lower the $5000 estimate and still charged me the $141 for the diagnosis. Sad Nissan won’t take accountability for their faulty product, we were planning on buying a new Pathfinder in a year or two but I will never step foot in another Nissan dealership again. More
