Kim in financing is very nice. The service department does a great job and always washes my car without having to ask. I was on a lease but happy with my vehicle so I bought it. Carl said he would call when tire was in which was supposed to be around 4:00. He never called. Tried calling multiple times after 4 to find out and got his voicemail. Despite appointment for oil change, my son had to wait 2.5 hours at dealership until vehicle was ready. Really? Completely unacceptable.What is the point of an appointment? Also son brought home a list of multiple items requiring “immediate attention” (easiest was tire rotation) but no one talked to him about addressing. Especially puzzling since vehicle was in for 60k mile service and tire rotation is part of manufacturer recommended services. Disappointing all around.... More
