This was my first time at this dealership, I was a bit confused where to go for service at first but was able to figure it out. I only had to wait about 40 minutes for my car to be ready and I was very surprised considering it was around 5 PM! Was overall very happy with the services and how nice everyone was. I’ll definitely be coming back for service in the future! More

Disappointing to say the least. This was a return visit from a couple months ago when the car was brought in for an oil change and while there was asked to look underneath the car because a truck tire had from a couple months ago when the car was brought in for an oil change and while there was asked to look underneath the car because a truck tire had popped on the highway and the car ran over it. Was told everything was fine and they just had to reset the collision sensor. The sensor light re-appeared a day after being “reset”, hence the reason to return to the service dept. Well this visit we were told multiple items that were wrong underneath the car and the cost being $2k. How do you miss that during the initial visit??? And no this damage didn’t occur since the last visit. How do we return to a place that missed finding $2000 worth of repair??? More
