Outstanding "TEAM" the GM (Mr. Justin Delgado) has put together from Tim Anzalone as his 'right hand man' to Joe Rangel who spent all the time in the world explaining every new feature our 2020 Rogue poss together from Tim Anzalone as his 'right hand man' to Joe Rangel who spent all the time in the world explaining every new feature our 2020 Rogue possessed. Let us not forget Kim Golden ( Finance Director ) who took care of the required paperwork in record time, all while keeping the price / rate promised by Tim. 6 years; 3 cars all maintained by my guy, THE Top Asst. Service Mgr. Jerimy Witt. I travel over 50+ miles RT to do business with Bill Kay Nissan because of these aforementioned outstanding individuals, all possessing top notch integrity. The best part after you leave with the car is their "real warranty" that the Dealership stands behind at their cost if anything is needed. In 6 years (first 2 cars)> One Battery needed replacing, which they took care of. I've been a Nissan owner since 1982, but Bill Kay Nissan is worth the drive from my home near Barrington. Now if they would only put in a putting green and a mini-bar I would change my oil every 3,000 miles instead of 5,000 As they say on MNF, Come On Man! Dr. Bob More
