I find that the dealership is a friendly and comfortable place that is willing to meet my needs. Tim was terrific did a great job, He was a great service technician. Concerned about following Covid and sanitation guidelines. Went to pay the bill and counter not sanitized after each customer, pens not cleaned after each use. No social distancing while waiting in line. We are senior citizens and I found this to be very disturbing. More
Awesome customer service by Carl Beckstrom and both shuttle drivers. Repairs were done quickly and accurately I asked that my tires be filled to the proper levels and that was done as well. Ric was very nice. I was approached by a sales person while waiting to have my car serviced. He showed me the latest model of the car I currently have. He was super nice but I really didn’t think it all while waiting to have my car serviced. He showed me the latest model of the car I currently have. He was super nice but I really didn’t think it all that appropriate to try and show/sell me a car while I was getting mine serviced. I understand that is their job, but one of the reasons I bought my car at Bill Kay is the salesman was not super pushy. I would have rather been left alone while waiting. The original sales person is not at the dealership any longer. The salesman that approached me went up front and found out all the information the dealership has on me. That was kind of creepy. Again I know it’s his job but it was unnecessary. Again Ric was great. I have dealt with him before and I hope to again in the future. More
