Your service rep was great to work with. He kept me updated and assisted me with a loaner car when the work ended up taking longer than anticipated. He also worked on the price with me which I appreciated. Your cashier was nice and efficient. My issue with your dealership is with one of your sales reps. I did not get his name but am certain by what I have to say about him that you'll know who he is. Each time I visited your dealership he was in the waiting room watching CNN. When he would walk away I changed to station to something not political like ESPN or HGTV. Each time I walked away to either go back to my car for something or make a phone call he would be back in the waiting room watching CNN. He would walk away and I would change the station again. When I was watching a show he would continually peak in to the room to see if I was there or if I had changed his station back. It was pretty unnerving. The last time I was at your dealership the same scenario with the same sales rep took place. Just prior to leaving I went to.my loaner car to get the rest of my personal things and when I walked past him he made, what sounded like, a nasty comment under his breath about me. When I came back in to give the loaner car keys back to the cashier there he was again having a spirited conversation with another employee about how embarrassing President Trump is. I'm guessing this guy lives in your waiting room dispensing political commentary. The last time I was at your dealership I was charging over 7k on my credit card. The last thing I needed was a battle over the TV with one of your sales reps. He really should be writing thank you notes to his customers, calling potential customers or working with customers on the floor. xxxx, he should be washing the windows if he has nothing to do. But he should not be stalking the waiting room TV all day bothering your customers. While my experience was great with your service department I can't see myself walking in to your dealership again. Who needs that kind of lousy experience when your spending a lot of money! Its too bad because your dealership is close to my home and your service department is nice to work with. I don't remember the name of the service rep that took care of me or the name of the cashier but I'm sure you can look that up. As far as the sales rep, I did not get his name either but I have a real good feeling you'll know who I'm talking about. More

Steve Berman in Sales was a great help in getting my hub locks replaced when I found I didn’t get a hub lock key with my purchase of the car. My appointment for a new battery went very well. They opened ten minutes early and took me immediately and the job was completed in thirty minutes.
