This was not meant to be a great review. While your service department did a fine job one of your sales reps was obnoxious and made my experience really uncomfortable and unenjoyable to say the least, It was not the political commentary that made the visit so lousy but the entire experience in your waiting room. The only way to address an issue at your dealership is to understand what the issue is in the first place. Your sales reps should not be competing with your customers for TV time and lashing out at them when they don't get their way. There is no way in heaven this obnoxious sales rep was jockeying for the TV on only the 3 times in which I visited. You may want to look in to this.

Great experience! Ric was friendly and helpful. Texting system Nissan uses is helpful and with the times. Dealership has comfortable waiting area with coffee and water, free wifi is great! More
