Compliments to the high-quality of customer service I received from my service advisor, Ric F.. I was in the middle of a crisis and the brakes to my vehicle went out and I had to have my vehicle towed i received from my service advisor, Ric F.. I was in the middle of a crisis and the brakes to my vehicle went out and I had to have my vehicle towed in. Although he was booked solid he managed to get me in and able to get the work promptly done within the very tight budget I was in. His admiable quality, friendly reassurance and great attention to detail made everything so much better. He exceeded my expectations. More
