my Chevrolets - two show cars and a daily driver I have taken my Chevrolets to George Wronowski for the past 39 years. My show cars are 28 years old and 30 years old but I feel confident and safe in I have taken my Chevrolets to George Wronowski for the past 39 years. My show cars are 28 years old and 30 years old but I feel confident and safe in them because George has repaired or overseen the repairs and maintenance on them. George knows more about Corvettes than anyone on this planet. If he cannot fix it, tow it to the junkyard because it cannot be fixed! He has the knowhow to fix the older cars and the ability and desire to track down the necessary parts to fix the older Vettes. My daily driver was in the shop today. It is getting older, but with George and his mechanic's help, I plan on keeping it running for many more years. I had asked about putting on new shock absorbers but I was told that I really did not need them at this time. I find this honesty refreshing. Other shops may well have put them on even though they were not needed. My service writer today was Tim. He is new to the shop and was very pleasant to work with. I have owned nothing but Chevrolets my entire life. They are great cars and George keeps all of them running year after year. More

Their knowledge, Mark Bowling and the Service Staff at Bill Kay Chevrolet have been servicing my Suburban for nearly all of its almost 200,000 miles. Their knowledge, skill and expertise are the principal reason the vehicle has reached that mileage level. In addition to the knowledge and professionalism Mark and his staff provide they have always interacted with me and my wife in a straight forward, no nonsense manner without the least bit of techno-babble. I know I can trust precisely what they say and I can rely exactly that what they say is correct and the work outlined is the work that will be done. Their attention to customer courtesy and customer service is without equal. Whether it’s a loaner car or Miguel giving me a ride home, everyone in the shop is committed to taking care of the customers. Given my very long association with Bill Kay Service I do not have much basis for cost comparisons. I can say however, that what I have been charged have always seemed fair and reasonable for the amount and quality level of work done. It’s a great service shop and great people. More

I think he has Great Customer service skills and is Really Excellent at his job. He goes above and beyond to take Great Care with me when I'm in and i have heard him do the same with other customers as well! I will only talk to him though the other Service Writers are Great Too but i have been dealing with Mark for a Couple years now and I Trust what he tells me and Hope that he continues to be there every time i bring my car in for Service! My sales rep Quan Bodie always pleasant and eager to help make a customers needs & requests are handle w/top priority I called him re: Package A for my car that needed to be done plus got me a great price make a customers needs & requests are handle w/top priority I called him re: Package A for my car that needed to be done plus got me a great price I asked for on my mud flaps , he quickly had Eric Jones call me to set-up appt. w/all necessary info., he was extremely poliet and friendly. On 2/17 at & 7:00 am @ Bill Kay , (Lisle) service entrance I was greeted by Mark Bowling with a smiling face an warm greeting. He processed all my paperwork , going over all that would be serviced asked for any questions or concerns I had said that I requested a loner car , info hadn't passed on to him but no matter ...for he Quickly said he didnt want me to wait any longer , made arrangements for the loner & processed all the paper work. At this point I was thrilled at how quickly Mark got me on my way for Im use to service centers taking 1/2 hr to 45 mins. Mark called when my car was done , it was the day we had the bad snow storm I arrived at 6:45 pm and once again I was greeted by Mark with his pleasant smiling face . That was great after driving an hour in the treacherous snow packed roads. I give Bill Kays Cheverlot Service dept. Mark Bowling , Bill , Quan Bodie my sales Rep. (who didn't miss a beat by calling me the next day to make sure I pleased ) , and Eric Jones .....a 5 STAR approval. Thanks to all for the greaat service !!!!! Pat Kilcourse More
My car started having engine problems and the dashboard was flashing to park the car and get immediate service. I called the nearest jeep dealership from where I was (oak Lawn, Il) and brought my car there was flashing to park the car and get immediate service. I called the nearest jeep dealership from where I was (oak Lawn, Il) and brought my car there as I was a block away. After keeping my car for a week they told me there was nothing wrong with it, but wanted to charge me for looking. I took my car home and the lights strated on the dash again. I took to another dealership closer to home and after an additional week and several hundreds of dollars my car was returned, again not fixed. I called Bill kay and spoke with Mark Bowling, he told me to bring the car in and he would get to the bottom of things. After Mark and his team having my car for 2 days my car was completely fixed! Mark kept his word, found the problem (because he actually listened to what was happening with the car) and his great mechanics fixed it. It was that simple!!! I will never service my car anywhere else, and have since had 2 family members buy cars from there because of their awesome service! Thank You Bill Kay Chevrolet and Mark Bowling for making life so much easier! More

Well this is a easy one to write.Mark Bowling is simply the best Service Manager a Chevy Owner could want to deal with..The man will work with you no matter what the problem is with the Chevy you are bring the best Service Manager a Chevy Owner could want to deal with..The man will work with you no matter what the problem is with the Chevy you are bringing in for service..I respect Mark for his leader ship and Manner of Professionalism..When Mark says that his guys will get your Chevy fixed he is not kidding..I have had nothing but Great luck dealing with Mark and his GM Certified Team..I would recommend this service department to any person I know..
