I took my Silverado in for service to repair the tail gate and drivers window. I made my appointment on line ,Eric set it up for me. Rich listened,as I explained why I was there. Brought car in for a leak underneath. Service writer was helpful, great to work with on checking in the car. Communication was great with the Service team. All work doen was explained and understood.
