When I got there around 2:30 on last Wednesday, I would have stopped by the dealership and m I recently got an oil change service from Bill Kay Chevy. At that time, a front information desk person buzzed me in the garage and told me I could have a walk-in service because the time was not overbooked. I was so surprised and waited until it was done plus an additional rear wiper repair service which took exactly 1 hour. More

During diagnosis of issue, tech went 'above and beyond' to look at why 'any' wheel would have low pressure. Found faulty valve stem. Replaced with our 'ok' in short amount of time. More

They gave me a loaner for the night and had it problem solved the next day. I believe the other dealer dropped the ball in getting the replacement fob and other missing items by taking almost a month ito replacing them. More
