No Surprises! I have been a Bill Kay customer for over 15 years. I took my Chevy Impala in for an oil change and guess what, NO SURPRISES. They did their usual I have been a Bill Kay customer for over 15 years. I took my Chevy Impala in for an oil change and guess what, NO SURPRISES. They did their usual "EXCELLENT" inspection and service. I knew ;that my 2010 had not had brakes replaced and would probably be due for servicing. The mechanic noticed that the pads were running thin and made his recommendations. Good call! He was spot on and I will be doing the replacement soon. Bill Kay service is a place you can trust. Very good Went in for service , service light was coming on. They said it was flex fuel sensor. A couple of days the light came back on. I called them.
