I am upset about only having 18,000 miles on the vehicle and there was not a manufacture warranty. Spark plug wires don't need changing till 60,000. And your going to tell me its maintenance. And it's my problem. Definitely last time I buy a Chevrolet. I own a lexus also and this would of never happened. More

Laura was able to get everything in motion quickly and answered all questions I had at the given time and even got me a rental the following day. I got lucky and all was covered under warranty, which Laura did keep me fully up to date on status during its repair. Long story short this lady should be in management if not already. Car works great again, possibly better than it ever did and I have no doubts that the incident will repeat itself. More

Very disappointing I was told there were no vehicles available for my use while my car was at the service center so I arranged for a ride from a friend for a 7:30 AM app I was told there were no vehicles available for my use while my car was at the service center so I arranged for a ride from a friend for a 7:30 AM appt. I did state when I dropped the car off that I would need someone to use my car to pick me up when service was completed & take me back to pay for service. At 4:30 PM I called to obtain the status of my vehicle, was told service was completed, & asked for a ride back to the facility. I was told there was no one available. At that time was the first time I was advised that there was a shuttle service but that was not available either. I was informed that I could take a uber or taxi & would be reimbursed. However, when I arrived at the facility, there were people standing around up front apparently in sales.. I was told that not one of those people could be asked to pick me up - even using m own vehicle. I have m own business & would never treat one of my customers in that manner - I value my customers. More
