Discourage service I had an appointment for service. Along the way of my 2 hour drive I developed a minor secondary issue. We’re too busy, it will take 2 hours to diagnose and it will cost $140 dollars just to look at it” I felt like service did everything they could to discourage me from having a minor secondary problem looked at. I was lied too I was told the vehicle I bought went through a inspection. However it was is discovered the dealer did change the oil but did no change the the origin I was told the vehicle I bought went through a inspection. However it was is discovered the dealer did change the oil but did no change the the original disgusting dirty air filter. The vehicle has a oil leak and needs brakes. There is no way a inspection was completed unless the mechanic was blind. It really makes me wonder if the oil filter was changed. This is the second vehicle I have purchased within a year and most likely my last from Bill Kay Chevrolet. John Friedrich More

They took two days to even LOOK at the car. They would NOT give me a loaner. Given that they were told in advance that if the repairs cost too much, I would probably even be buying a NEW car!!! Repairs did indeed cost more Tham the car was worth. New car was purchased. They negotiated very little for a LOYAL and RETURNING customer!!! This place has made a fortune off of me!! It was a very SLOW and excruciating process. The staff was very slow moving, slow typing, just plain slow at it all. At one point I even offered to type in the information into the computer myself because I was getting so frustrated watching the "hen pecking" on the keyboard. It just made an already very long, stressful experience even longer and more painful. I won't buy another car there. They have made all the money they are going to make off of me (more than they should have). I have no complaints about the car itself just yet. More
