Overall a positive experience. Found my truck on Car Gurus first then found all the information on Bill Kay's website helpful. Contacting Bill Kay and setting up a test drive went very smoothly. Truck was in great condition. Only issue was I found the negotiation process tedious. Their starting price was way above my budget and not reflective of the online offer. So I had to sit there a while as they kept leaving and we worked on agreeing on a price. More
