Customer service and communication service was terrible. The manager was the only helpful person, his name was Tom. Everyone else was terrible. I worked with Jose, who was very helpful and professional throughout. I live out of state and they picked me up at the airport, which was very nice. We had already negotiated the price beforehand and the transaction went very smoothly. It can be a little scary purchasing a vehicle out of state, but Jose made me aware of any cosmetic issues in advance and there were no surprises when I arrived. I would definitely purchase from this dealer again and highly recommend. More

Great Dealership, Great Staff I came in looking wanting to look at a Nissan rogue that was for sale. I neeed an AWD/4x4 more fit for the weather. I drove a RWD at the time. As soon I came in looking wanting to look at a Nissan rogue that was for sale. I neeed an AWD/4x4 more fit for the weather. I drove a RWD at the time. As soon as I walked in, someone was asking me what I needed, and connor walked up and assisted me. He wasnt in your face or just trying to sell a vehicle for a paycheck. He took me needs into consideration and assisted me in a more personal way. We talked for a while. He is a very personable guy. I wasn't very fond of the vehicle, just because of the type. There wasnt anything wrong with it. He showed me the jeep compass I now own. It was out of my price range by a decent margin. I called him the next day and asked him to get it as close to my range as possible. I didnt think he could, but he called me next day with a price not only in my range, but one I could not say no to. He went out of his way to make sure I got a great deal and great car. He followed up with me next day to make sure everything with the jeep was doing fine. He cares about what he does and not just the paycheck. I would reccomend connor to everyone that reads this/walks into the dealership. Stop in and see what he can do for you. More
