Will not be going again I’ve taken my Tahoe here ever since I bought it And every time I bring it for service, they always forget to do something or it comes back to me wit I’ve taken my Tahoe here ever since I bought it And every time I bring it for service, they always forget to do something or it comes back to me with issues it never had before. I’m just tired of the same bs with this dealer, I’m surprised that after buying 2 vehicles from them they still treat my vehicle like they don’t care about it. Disappointed I was without my vehicle for 15 days and even though my warranty covered most of the repairs, this dealership was unable to help me with a loaner vehi I was without my vehicle for 15 days and even though my warranty covered most of the repairs, this dealership was unable to help me with a loaner vehicle. I was totally responsible for getting a rental from Enterprise in order to go to work and care for my elderly mother. I have had previous experience with the Bill Kay Auto Group (i.e., Bill Kay Nissan) and have never been treated with such lack of assistance especially since I have only had the vehicle for 4 months and the engine problems could not have been my fault since I've only driven locally since I've had the vehicle. More
