The only long waiting period (around 45 minutes) was when we had to wait for the guests before us to finish in the financing office. Joanna was also very nice and contacted me quickly to set up times for me to come in. Really my only issue with the visit is when there was a misunderstanding regarding the financing percentage; the financing manager harshly corrected Jose in front of us, which is a manner I believe could have been handled differently or at least privately. At that time, a front information desk person buzzed me in the garage and told me I could have a walk-in service because the time was not overbooked. I was so surprised and waited until it was done plus an additional rear wiper repair service which took exactly 1 hour. More

service on Tire pressure sensors TPS was reporting pressure for wrong wheel. Tech found that TPS needed to be 'reset' after tire rotation. During diagnosis of issue, tech went 'above and beyond' to look at why 'any' wheel would have low pressure. Found faulty valve stem. Replaced with our 'ok' in short amount of time. More
