Easiest used car buying experience yet I did my research online before visiting the dealership. We went on a Saturday, mid-morning. We were helped almost immediately by Jose Salas. He was f I did my research online before visiting the dealership. We went on a Saturday, mid-morning. We were helped almost immediately by Jose Salas. He was friendly and brief and within 10 minutes of being there, I was sitting in the car I had come to see. I was able to go out and test drive the car alone. I brought up a couple of concerns about the car when I returned and Jose answered my questions to the best of his ability. I didn't feel pressured and spent some time asking more questions, going over numbers, negotiating and finally, I was happily on my way to my new vehicle. I offered that I would like to pay outright for the car and was told that would be ok. After some more conversation, I was told that I could only use my debit card for half the amount. The other half would have to be in cash or cashier's check. I was a little unhappy about this as I felt that as a business, there should be a) an expectation that you're going to pay fees as the price of doing business and b) a certain level of trust between the dealership and the customer. I mean, I did just give them all of my information. But I complied with what I was told was their "policy" and left the dealership to retrieve cash. In under 3 hours, we had signed, sealed and they delivered my car, fresh and newly plated. I drove away very satisfied. More

Volt recall The took me in relatively quick and although I had to leave the car, they supplied transportation to/from. The service tech was very helpful.
