Very good Went in for service , service light was coming on. They said it was flex fuel sensor. A couple of days the light came back on. I called them. If you have excellent credit, stay away. My salesperson was Jose, and he was great. He was friendly, straight to the point and if I could rate the experience solely based on him, they would g My salesperson was Jose, and he was great. He was friendly, straight to the point and if I could rate the experience solely based on him, they would get a 5. However, it all came down to the dealer and how they work. I went to see a CPO Traverse that had very little miles and great price. They were unable to negotiate price much, which to a certain degree I understood (because of the miles on the car). I had a 810+ transunion credit score when they pulled it up. The "lowest" APR they could get me? 5.39% and that was after 7 different bank inquiries. So I went and found my own financing because I LOVED the car. I call to find out that they are not interested in selling me the car unless I financed through them. Red flag right? The price fine print online said nothing about the price being contingent upon dealer financing at all, or that they would not consider a "cash" offer. But after many calculations and thought, I went back to buy the car ( I loved it that much) either way. Everything was good, Jose was helpful every step of the way. Then came the financing. To say that the finance person was rude, is an understatement. I refused any additional warranty and that went down to the worst car financing experience ever. I had to correct him several times on the paperwork and when I asked him a question about the rate, his answer was "thats none of your business, it is privy only to the dealer". Excuse me? It is MY financial information and I know they were purposefully inflating my interest rate ( I had gone to another Chevy dealer that had beat my credit union's APR and there I qualified for 3.25%, unfortunately it wasn't a color I loved and it had more miles). I just wanted to sign the papers and leave. What should have been a great experience, ended up being the worst car buying experience. I was in love with my car but by the end of it, I wasn't even happy when I walked out and drove it off the lot. Overall, I absolutely would not recommend anybody go to this dealer, as they will be condescending and do not like people who are financially literate and ask questions every step of the way. I bought the car because of the salesperson and because of the car itself. I hate that I gave them my money, and you will too. If the price is too good, maybe its because of their financing requirement that is stated NOWHERE. More
