What can I do.. I've been cheated on. I first called my salesman to see if I would be able to use my HHR as a trade in for a reliable economical used car. He was very nice and told me he would be able to get me what I needed. I made it very clear that the HHR turned out to be a lemon and I was giving them a second chance. I explained I am 72, living alone on social security and wouldn't be able to pay more than $250 a month for a payment as last time @ that price I was barely able to buy groceries, rent, etc. Not to mention all the hundreds of dollars for repairs. Well I was stuck there for 5 hrs. The salesman showed up from time to time. I would try and ask questions from him and he said they were working on it. I wasn't told anything about the car. Finally my caretaker had to leave and I was ready to leave as well because my diabetes was acting up and I hadn't eaten all day. I was weak and tired. That's when Mr McDermott and Mr Lopez said they finally found a car for me. A used 2018 Toyota Corolla. Mr Lopez took about 10 minutes to have me fill out the paperwork. I barely heard what he was saying. In the end I walked out the door owing $387 a month plus $120 for insurance. I got home and called my daughter and told her what happened. She was outraged and called all 5 of my children and all xxxx broke loose. They're upset with me and the car dealer and are trying to return the car. Well those very nice men turned into the devil 😈 and gave no help at all. We have gotten in touch with the Attorney General's office and won't stop until I get my reliable economical car I asked for in the begining. More

Good service - no high pressure - very knowledgable I walked in with a vehicle in mind. I was looking through the internet and I found a vehile that fit me. Review: If I could give them 10 stars I definitely would! I bought my 2012 Chevy Cruze from them in October 2012. I always take my car to them to get routine maintenance done. I also get the few other unexpected repairs done here too. Keep in mind, my car is not under warranty, but they do such an great job, that I don't want to take it somewhere else. The service department is always honest, very friendly, knowledgeable & fast! THE BEST!!! Today (Saturday, 9/17/19) my car would not start. I discovered this problem as I was about to leave for work at 7am. (Luckily I was able to use my husband's car to get to work.) I called them at 8am. Their service department was open!!! They said they may be able to look at it today, but most likely it will be Monday before it can be looked at. I totally understood. My car gets there around 10am. They call me at 1:30pm & tell me the problem & say they can fix it today. Luckily they had the parts & I guess it wasn't a huge job. I had to get a new battery & some wires or something with that replaced & they noticed I needed an oil change soon, so I got that done too. I was shocked!!! A Saturday & they were able to get to my car & had it fixed for me! They closed at 4pm, so I got the call a little before 4pm to say it was ready. That's awesome!!! The service department is awesome!!! THANK YOU BILL KAY SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! More
