Salesman Roger was great to deal with. I found the vehicle on Cargurus and had a pre-approved certificate with the interest rate. After looking at the car, discussing down payment etc they I found the vehicle on Cargurus and had a pre-approved certificate with the interest rate. After looking at the car, discussing down payment etc they were starting the paper signing without talking payment, interest rate etc. I stopped them and inquired about it to be told a higher amount, of course I said "No" , the salesmanager offered me another rate again higher than my approval certificate, only after I demanded my down-payment back and was going to leave without purchasing, was my interest rate offered lower than my approval certificate. I feel I was at the dealership way longer than I should have been. More
The process from bringing my car in to get a trade value to when I purchased my certified used vehicle was fairly quick. Steve was always reachable, quick to respond, personable, and knowledgeable. There were some hiccups along the way but that's to be expected. Once it was time for my financing paperwork, Joe was wonderful. He was thorough, efficient, and actually went out of his way to find me a better rate - and I didn't even realize it. Also, the service department at Bill Kay is always friendly and helpful as well. If you can get past the bait and switch pricing games they play, you’ll be ok. Just make sure they are going to give you two keys to your vehicle before you sign the paperwork or they’ll try to squeeze t they play, you’ll be ok.
