The price was lower than anyone else, the salesman listened to my needs and the general manager Ralph gave me Impalas out of 5 dealerships I visited. I just want to say the Bill Kay has a very friendly and helpful service staff. They are great about recommending but helping you stagger the service to fit your budget.
