We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your DealerRater review, you did not share that experience. Offering a trade value on a sight unseen vehicle can prove to be very difficult and can often vary once the vehicle is physically and visually appraised. It is a common practice and belief that if one dealer can offer you a specific amount, we can do the same or better to offer you a higher overall value. Unfortunately, the black book or wholesale value on a vehicle is based on stock conditions. Once a vehicle has had modifcations, especially those which cannot be undone without causing damage to the vehicle, it does decrease its resale value. We do work hard to provide every customer with an experience that exceeds expectations, however, it seems in this case we were not able to do so. It is not our practice to hide behind included discounts in our prices. We will gladly disclose any and all incentives to any customer who asks, without hesitation. There often can be an instance of miscommunication or misinformation, and when an instance such as that arrives it is taken with great seriousness. We appreciate having had the opportunity to earn your business and wish you the best in your search for a vehicle.
