I took my Silverado in for service to repair the tail gate and drivers window. I made my appointment on line ,Eric set it up for me. Rich listened,as I explained why I was there. I had gone to 3 dealers. The first dealership runs my credit and tells me I have bad credit, and refuses to show me my score, so I left. I have near perfect credit. The second store had the rudest sales credit and tells me I have bad credit, and refuses to show me my score, so I left. I have near perfect credit. The second store had the rudest salesmen I have ever met and again I left, and went home very upset. Next day, I go on-line, found an Impala I fell in love with at Bill Kay Chevy. Called and spoke with Eric Foret. Really knew about the car. I decided to go see it. The price was exactly what was advertised, they gave me more for my trade than the other 2 dealerships, and I got 2.9% for 60 months! I was not pressured to buy, and had a Great Experience! This is how car buying should be! Tony in the finance office was informative and explained everything. At the end, Eric introduced me to the GM, Ralph. He thanked me for my business, and told me if I need anything to call him directly! A Real Class Act! I highly recommend Bill Kay Chevy! More
