I just want to say the Bill Kay has a very friendly and helpful service staff. They are great about recommending but helping you stagger the service to fit your budget. They actually suggest bundled servi helpful service staff. They are great about recommending but helping you stagger the service to fit your budget. They actually suggest bundled services that you actually want at a lower overall cost. During this past visit, I was pleasantly surprised when Mark Bowling offered me a courtesy car. My son had a late afternoon doctor's appointment but my car needed some additional unplanned work. It was great to get my vehicle in tip-top shape with one visit and complete my day. Thanks! More

This dealership overperforms and overdelivers every time. I have bought and had service performed over the years at other dealerships, but they don't even begin to compare with my positive experience at Bil I have bought and had service performed over the years at other dealerships, but they don't even begin to compare with my positive experience at Bill Kay Chevy. I did purchase my vehicle there four years ago and the sales process was pleasant - something I never expected when I was faced with having to purchase a car. Since then, the service has been amazing. The whole service team is courteous, friendly - and the work they perform is excellent. And I also must comment on the cleanliness of the dealership and specifically the service area - it is spotless, even in the area where the service work is taking place. The employees really demonstrate pride in the work they do, the service they provide and the environment they create. It keeps me coming back and recommending Bill Kay Chevy at every opportunity. My wife and I walked into Bill Kay Chevy as a start for searching for and suv,and were greeted by Bill B.We told him we were looking for a brochure for the equinox and he answered our questions.We came bac searching for and suv,and were greeted by Bill B.We told him we were looking for a brochure for the equinox and he answered our questions.We came back that afternoon and ended up buying a new equinox.Bill and Ralph jumped thru hoops locating the veh.we wanted. We recently just purchased our 4th car in 4 years from Bill Kay. Bill Baresch was by far our favorite saleman. I purchased my first vehicle from Bill kay in may 2011, although I was satistfied at the time of purchase with 2011 Chevy Silverado, after having drove it for 5 months the vehicle did not meet all my expec although I was satistfied at the time of purchase with 2011 Chevy Silverado, after having drove it for 5 months the vehicle did not meet all my expectations. It was not the Chevy itself it was the level of Chevy that I purchased. After expressing my dissatifaction with the Ls Trim Ralph Conti, and Chris B. went right to work to find me the best deal possible to move up to the vehicle I should have purchased in the first place. This process I expected to be pretty stressful, but after explaining my position Ralph and Chris worked diligently to exceed my expectations. I have made many new car purchases over the years (14-16) and used cars, but have never been as satisfied as I am with my experience in this dealership. I have since sent my daughter and two other customers to see Bill Kay Chevy. I would not hesitate to send family or friends to this dealer. More
I came in with a car that was in trouble (2008 Chevy HHR). After three months of the best service care I have ever received (thank you Mark Bowling)it could not be fixed. Let me just say, Mark made sure I always had a car, or I was always picked up and dropped off at the train. He is always kind and thoughtful. He is a gentleman. I went to the sales department and asked what my options were. I was escorted into an office by Ralph Conti who offered me a drink and told me not to worry, I would be taken care of. I had no doubts of that as I had already been given exemplary service by the service department. He introduced me to Mike Reiter, who showed me available cars and treated me like a lady. He showed me all the buttons and switches, helped me set up my bluetooth, wrote his number inside the manual in case I needed more help, and made sure I got what I wanted, not just needed. I picked one and Mike gave the details to Ralph who, in turn, gave the information to Jeff Malecek. That's when the magic started happening. First, they asked me what I could afford and they came back with a number that I was not comfortable with. They fiddled with the term of the loan, the interest rate, and, at the end, I had a new car, fully warrantied for the length of the loan, with all the protection I had on the HHR, at a price I can afford. Thank you Bill Kay Chevrolet for taking care of me. I will be back. More
