I did the "Build your own vehicle" thing and sent the request to the dealer just to get an idea of price. I did not purchase the car through Patrick, the internet salesman. The car that matched my description was in another state, but if he had not called back I may have continued my search elsewhere, if at all. I then went to the Bill Kay website and found a Corvette that I liked a lot, called Patrick to verify it's availability and then went to the dealer to meet Bill Baresh and look at the car. The rest is history. No high pressure. Bill and the others treated me like a friend, my '91 Corvette was appraised, and a deal was made. The paperwork was expedited in a professional manner and I left with my new 2012 Grand Sport convertible and an extended warranty. My experience with Bill Kay was a positive one, which is rare it seems with most dealerships today. I was able to work out the basic pre-approval online along with lining up what cars I was interested in. Once at the dealership Joe Pantaleo (sales) was very helpful and Joe along with Chris Baumann (Assistant Manager) were very accommodating and worked hard to get me into the vehicle I was looking for. They knew the range of payment I was looking for monthly and were able to get me into the vehicle I wanted below my expected monthly payment. I have bought many vehicles new and old and this has definitely been one of the best if not the best and easiest car buying experiences I have had. I will definitely recommend Bill Kay to friends and family and will continue to do business with them in the future. More

After doing some research on the Chevy Sonic, I started working with nearby dealerships. I spoke with Bill Kay through their online system and set up an appointment. They emailed me all the information I would need and followed up exactly when I asked them too. I came in earlier than my appointment and no one seemed upset or that I had bothered them. Bill helped me out right away making sure I knew where I was heading and followed up a short time later. Once I found the car I was looking for, Bill had brought me the keys, and let me test drive. I got back and he had another car ready to go. Finally, once I decided on the car, it was time to talk. Bill did everything I had asked and really worked with me so that we both felt like we walked away with a good deal. His follow up was great. I highly reccomend this dealership to everyone. More
Awesome experience from start to finish. Eric was very knowledgeable regarding every aspect of my buying a new car. Was not pushy and was a complete pleasure to work with. I bought a certified pre owned vehicle from here and I've had non stop problems with them!! They said the floor mats were bar and get me new ones its been 8 months and all there sayin is they will look into had non stop problems with them!! I have free oil changes for three years and there now sayin I have to.pay for them...I would not recommend this place to anyone!! More

I had a great experience the first time with Bill Kay when I bought my 2012 Cruze in Dec 2012 - I went back in today (5 months later) because I needed a vehicle that was a little more spacious, but didn' when I bought my 2012 Cruze in Dec 2012 - I went back in today (5 months later) because I needed a vehicle that was a little more spacious, but didn't want to increase my payment. I honestly didn't even think this was possible after looking at the price of the vehicle I now wanted, the Equinox. The entire team worked so hard to get me into the car I wanted, for the payment I could afford. Everyone was so friendly, and so easy to talk to, we laughed and joked the whole time while filling out the paperwork, it was such an enjoyable experience! The best part of it all was that I didn't feel pressured, I hate that feeling. Overall, everything was GREAT! A special thanks again to Ralph, Dean, Ken, & Derek. You guys were awesome, see you soon when we get my fiance to get a new vehicle ;) More
