My husband has cancer and is very weak. On Memorial Day we went to Bill Kay (we have done business with them for years) to trade in our Silverado and Cruz for a 2014 Impala 2LTZ. Joe was wonderful; very caring and knew we had no time to waste. He and Ralph cut us a great deal in record time and constantly stayed close to ensure if we needed any assistance they were there. The whole team was caring and got us settled with the new car in an efficient, kind and caring fashion.
