I don't like writing reviews but for such a big purchase I just had to. I came here to buy a "used"car. Yes I know theyre not new. But I just like to say that as much as the sales person was trying purchase I just had to. I came here to buy a "used"car. Yes I know theyre not new. But I just like to say that as much as the sales person was trying to pamper me about the car. Once I purchased it his attitude did a 180 when I brought up a complaint about the car I had purchased a day before. I had two complainta actually. First I actually found out the car was advertised 1000 less online. Which I see dealers don't have to be open on that. So I was upset they didn't share that info. So now I knew they were thieves. Second they are scammers worse than the city dealers because they hide things better. The very next day the check engine light when on, very next day. I have pics to prove. This is when the sales person turned stupid on me and said he doesn't know anything about the cars he sells. He just sells. They didn't want to work anything out with me, no returns. I paid cash for this car taken it is in good condition. Dont let the car fax and looks fool you. If you get a chance have it taken to an auto zone to run the diagnosis on the car. I have a feeling they just reset the check engine lights on the cars. I've learned my lesson. Which is why I never purchased from a dealer. This was my first experience. Never again. At least not from chevy especially not that location. All three car I had before were from privates. Never had issues like this. P.s I ran the diagnosis at auto zone. They did offer to do that, at the dealer like they were helping. But auto zone does it for free. I have the receipt for the 3 possible things it can be. Beware and always check online first and try to run a diagnosis if they let you. More
I went to Bill Kay because I found the BMW I wanted there. I drove 3 hours from Indiana to get this car, and it was worth it. I found the car and picked it up all in the same day. When I talked to them originally on the phone, I told them I would be in a hurry to get the deal done, and they worked quickly to make it happen fast. The car was even detailed exceptionally well upon my arrival. Ryan was very professional through the entire process and make the deal pleasant, as well as David who took care of all my paperwork. I would normally never buy a car from or around Chicago, but in dealing with the fellas at Bill Kay has made me rethink that philosophy. Thanks!! More

There is the opportunity here to be assured everything is fully functional to service the customer in the most expedient process possible. This isn't a black-eye...just an opportunity to be better. - I rated "Price" as "Good" because I'm never sure if I've received the best deal possible. Based on my purchasing the vehicle the "Price" was ultimately, acceptable. Gary More
I came to Bill Kay today under duress. My car had overheated on I-88, and had to be towed into Bill Kay. While waiting for the tow truck, I called the service department, and asked Rich if I could ha overheated on I-88, and had to be towed into Bill Kay. While waiting for the tow truck, I called the service department, and asked Rich if I could have the car dropped off there, which he said would be fine. Upon arrival, we talked about what had happened on the highway, and I asked if there were any rental places nearby. He proceeded to call one, but there was no answer. He then suggested that I let him look at it, to determine whether the repair could be completed today. After inspection, Rich and another mechanic determined that the problem was catastrophic, and offered me repair options. After consideration, I decided that it would be better to pursue purchasing another car. Rich then had Bill Buresch come over to talk to me. I explained my situation, including finances, to Bill. He told me to take a look at the pre-driven vehicles and see if I could find one that interested me. I did find a 2012 Impala that appealed to me, and told Bill. He gave me the keys, and let take a test drive. Upon completion of the test-drive, we discussed the possibility of me being able to afford the car. I told him the range that I could afford per month, and he came back with an offer that I could not refuse. We started the process and I was on my way to getting a replacement for my dead car. Due to technological difficulties, there was a substantial wait until the deal was consummated. During this period, I met with Eric Jones, who outlined some other optional items for me to consider. He explained them clearly and thoroughly, raising my interest. He told me the prices, and I told him of the limits to my spending. Eric responded by giving me a discount that enabled the monthly payment to stay within my means. During the 4 hours that I was there, Rich, Bill and Eric all took the time to talk to me, keeping appraised of where we were at in the process, and telling me how much I would like my "new" car. I sincerely appreciate the time and efforts that Rich, Bill & Eric extended to me today. It made a high-stress situation into a tolerable day. Thank You More
