Patrick was extremely polite and understood that I was all business. He answered all of my questions and was very informative during our test drive. He respected my request that we not discuss inconsequentials like color of car at this meeting as I related to him that I was gathering information. While I was waiting for Patrick to gather documents, etc., another salesman was very offensive. He spoke loudly in a derogatory manner about women both with several other men and, later, when on the phone. I could hear everything he said. When Patrick brought the Manager over to meet me and discuss the possible purchase, I told him about how offended I was. I explained to him that if Patrick hadn't been so professional, I would simply have walked out the door and never returned. The Manager assured me that the salesman would be spoken to. When my husband and I returned a few days later, having decided that we were going to lease the car, the salesman was much more subdued. The Manager also came over and thanked me for coming back and told me to call if we needed anything. I appreciated this gesture. I, of course, would have appreciated an apology from the salesman. His behavior was unacceptable and speaks very poorly of your business. All that being said, we are very happy with Patrick and the car. We anticipate a positive relationship with Bill Kay Chevy. This is the first time we have leased a vehicle as we have always driven our cars until they are completely worn out. So, I am hoping that we will receive excellent service so that when this lease is up they make it easy for us to return and lease or buy another car. It will help if loud mouthed, offensive, women bashing salesmen are given some training on the importance of customer service. It will definitely be to Bill Kay Chevy's benefit to make sure all of their empolyees represent the company in the best possible manner. More

I called Monday morning and spoke with James to set up the appointment-- he was knowledgable and informative and I already felt at ease after speaking with him. Tuesday morning arrived and I met Frank--I cannot explain how kind and helpful he was. The entire team jumped through many hoops for me, and I am grateful to them all. I will buy all future vehicles here, and tell as many of my friends as I can about your team. All of them are incredible. They are clear, concise, and competant. There was a wheel bearing problem that he told me about before my test drive and they assured me the repairs would be done....they were and I am happy to say after 2 months of ownership I am truly happy with my selection. I dreaded having to go in that Saturday morning and having to deal with a pushy Salesman, but I wanted to have my 2005 Chevy appraised fo dealership. My experience at Bill Kay was nothing like I expected. I feel lucky to have had Bill Baresch as my Salesman. He made me feel at ease right off the bat. It was obvious he wanted me to be happy with my purchase and did a great job at making me feel comfortable and wasn’t the least bit pushy. He wouldn’t even let me leave until he showed me how to use my all new car’s features. He’s a great guy. Even the financing portion of my purchase was a breeze and I was happy with my low interest rate. It was honestly the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. No stress what so ever. Joe, Ralph, Patrick, Chris, John et al were extremely helpful and through their knowledge helped us to choose the best vehicle for our family and the best options for financing.
