I was in the minivan market for a few months before a ran into the guys at Bill Kay. I was referred to the Bill Kay dealership by a friend who mentioned the guys would work with me on the buying process. Ove into the guys at Bill Kay. I was referred to the Bill Kay dealership by a friend who mentioned the guys would work with me on the buying process. Over the course of the 3 months looking for a vehicle, I ran into a lot of sales ego's. First the sales guy who was slow and uneducated in the car buying process. I did not have time for that. Second, the sales guy who had good products but was too eager to close a deal. He kept saying, "how we gunna close this deal?" Third the salesman, who was not willing to negotiate on the product. When I met with Jon Forkal and Greg Cantu at Bill Kay, it was a pressure free zone. Jon was very informative and patient. He was more than willing to work with me in regard to my objections on the vehicle. Greg was knowledgeable and very thorough when it came down to solidifying the deal. I went to Bill Kay to check out a truck I saw an online ad for, after reviewing it I had decided it was not the Vehicle for me. But …to the right of the Truck was a Big Beautiful Black Avalanche that caugh ad for, after reviewing it I had decided it was not the Vehicle for me. But …to the right of the Truck was a Big Beautiful Black Avalanche that caught my eye. There was no Price listed on the vehicle sticker of the used car, so I used the QR reader on my smart phone to get the online info on the Avalanche. Next thing I knew I was speaking with Joe P. and he was the most easy going and friendly used car sales man I have ever met. I only had 20 minutes left because I was on my lunch break but they allowed enough time for me to check out the truck top to bottom and take it for a test drive. INSIDE OF A 30 MINUTE LUNCH BREAK! That never happened to me before and was a nice change! After work I went to my bank and signed a pre-loan document and went to back to the dealership. They took the time to beat my bank loan and offer me a lower monthly rate on the same amount of months (48). I left there very satisfied and love my new truck, would definitely recommend Bill Kay to my friends and co-workers for their future car searches. More
I had been looking for a 2013 Malibu ECO with specific options during the rebate period. I had found a couple and had tried to deal with them over price, but couldn't get the job done. After filling out the information I received several hits for the car I was looking for. I went on line at the top three dealerships offering the best price. Joanna Gonstol was the rep on line at Bill Kay. She answered my questions without asking for my name, telephone number, my age, when I was planning on purchasing as a precursor to getting my questions answered. I offered my email address and received the information I requested. As a result I had additional questions, which were answered in a timely manner. When I was ready to make an appointment, I emailed Joanna and Bill Baresch called me to set up an appointment. When we arrived the car was waiting for us to take a test drive. I was satisfied with the advertised price of the car on their website and we negotiated on the trade-in of our existing car. The whole experience was very enjoyable. I would recommend Bill Kay to friends and family who might be in the market for a new car. Thanks. More

I have been getting my last 3 Chevy Tahoe's serviced at Bill Kay. Most of this time I have worked with Mark Bowling. Mark is by far the most knowledgeable service person I have dealt with in my 50 som at Bill Kay. Most of this time I have worked with Mark Bowling. Mark is by far the most knowledgeable service person I have dealt with in my 50 some years. I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of because of my limited knowledge. I have had experience with multiple dealerships, i.e. Toyota, Audi, Infiniti, Acura, and other G.M. dealerships. For me the relationship/trust with Service personnel like Mark is important regardless of where I buy the vehicle. In my previous work experience I made multi million dollar purchase decisions not only on the quality of the product, but also on the quality of service provided by the company. Service is only as good as the people providing or leading it. More
