I was in an accident that totaled my car that still had a substantial amount of money owed to the finance company. I was expecting to be turned down for a loan on a used car, let alone a new car. Imagine my surprise and elation when Bill Baresch and the finance team were able to get me into a brand new 2014 Chevy Cruze! All within about 4 total hours of work on their part! Bill is just about one of the nicest and easiest going individuals to work with. He has a natural ability of setting you at ease with the situation; not to mention he knew the vehicles on the showroom floor like no one I have ever met. I don't know what Bill and Jan Kay teach their employees but it sure is nice working with a group that is so upbeat and positive. Thank you to everyone from the service desk to the prep team (detailers) to the front office and the finance! I went to the dealership on a very cold, snowy day for the sole purpose of testing a car in not so great conditions. I was paired up with Jon shortly after walking in and from the moment that we started w the sole purpose of testing a car in not so great conditions. Jon had no issues with walking through the snowy conditions to get the cars I was interested in test driving and purchasing. His customer service was excellent the entire time we worked together and we were able to come to a great deal on my Mini Cooper. I worked with Ryan Killian on the car I purchased. We did the deal over the phone and through email, agreed on the price, and I put a deposit down. I had very little time in finding the best price possible with Bill Kay. I searched locally but could not get a price this good, it was worth the 3.5 hour drive. All of the sales team made efforts to make the experience a good one. Even after I was home and had questions Ryan was prompt to get back to me with answers and solutions. I would definately do business with these guys again, and will recommend others give them a shot. More
I Went to this dealership interested in a 2013 Chevy Impala. I had concerns about my credit and the fact I owed more on my car than it was worth. Right from the moment I walked in the door Frankie made me me feel comfortable with the situation. They all worked very hard to take care of me and treated me with respect. They were very up front and honest. I left the dealership very satisfied with my purchase. On a final note, I have purchased many cars in my lifetime and this was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealer. Frankie is a very good person and willing to go the distance to make sure things get done. I thank him for restoring my faith in this process. We called before even going to see if they could even help with our situation. After speaking to them they told us to come on over. When I finally chose what I wanted it was a little over the budget they had but they worked the lenders so I that I could get that car. In the end every thing worked and I drove off that with a car. The entire experience of purchasing our new 2014 Equinox was excellent from the minute we began talking with Karl Kay at Bill Kay Chevrolet. Little did we know when we drove to Bill Kay for a car wash for o was excellent from the minute we began talking with Karl Kay at Bill Kay Chevrolet. Little did we know when we drove to Bill Kay for a car wash for our 2005 Malibu, that we would purchase a new vehicle trading in our 2008 Impala. Karl Kay, our salesman was very professional, answering all our questions, taking us for a test drive, getting us the best price without the traditional talking to the Sales Manager to pressure the sale, and most of all he trusted our return with the Registration, Title and most important the check to purchase the Equinox. He and the Bill Kay dealership made it a very hassle free event. I say event, because the purchase of a new car is a rather big event in ones life. And if the entire event is a hassle free experience what a tribute to the Bill Kay management team and the Sales team to convey that message to their customers. Of course, we know Bill Kay Chevrolet well since we have purchased cars there in past. Mark Bowling in Service always welcomes you with a smile and treats you as a valued customer.
