There is a difference between “having an answer” and “knowing the answer,” and for all our questions, at every step of the process, each person at Bill Kay knew the answer. Tony, the sales manager, was particularly helpful, even in the follow up as we waited for delivery; he even sent us a photo of our car as it was loaded for delivery.
