I went on line looking for a particular new vehicle at a certain price with certain specs that I needed. The car I was looking for was at Bill Kay, so I went on line and did all the research about the deal certain price with certain specs that I needed. The car I was looking for was at Bill Kay, so I went on line and did all the research about the dealership before I sent an inquiry about the car,and saw so many positive reviews about them I was a little skeptical about that (so many positive and very very few negative) from a dealership. Anyone who deals with customer service knows it's hard to please everyone, but I sent an inquiry on the vehicle anyway. No more than 5 mins. later my salesman Jose called and we talked about my the car and set up an appointment to check out the car in person. We got to the dealership and pleasantly found all of the reviews to be true great car at a very good price, excellent customer service (you're actually treated like part of the family) and thats from anyone of the staff you talk to not just your salesman. The only complaint I can honestly say was the overall process took longer than I expected (having bought several cars from different dealers in the past) but I was so impressed that when the time comes they will be my destination for my next new car. More

First off, the feeling you get when you walk in the door is unbelievable! As a whole, this dealership really does a good job at making you feel like you're part of the Chevrolet family when entering through is unbelievable! Second, Bill Baresch is probably one of the best salesmen I've ever dealt with. He's honest, knows the product he's selling, and really trustworthy. He welcomed me from the moment I walked in the door and really made me feel at home. Not only was he great in the store, but also when I needed to get a hold of him on the phone. Bill answered all of my questions and really helped me make my decision to buy the Cruze. I truly mean it when I say that I feel that I couldn't have bought this car from a better man or a better salesmen. Thanks Bill! I really look forward to dealing with this dealership in the future and sending anyone in the car market there as well! More

My car started having engine problems and the dashboard was flashing to park the car and get immediate service. I called the nearest jeep dealership from where I was (oak Lawn, Il) and brought my car there was flashing to park the car and get immediate service. I called the nearest jeep dealership from where I was (oak Lawn, Il) and brought my car there as I was a block away. After keeping my car for a week they told me there was nothing wrong with it, but wanted to charge me for looking. I took my car home and the lights strated on the dash again. I took to another dealership closer to home and after an additional week and several hundreds of dollars my car was returned, again not fixed. I called Bill kay and spoke with Mark Bowling, he told me to bring the car in and he would get to the bottom of things. After Mark and his team having my car for 2 days my car was completely fixed! Mark kept his word, found the problem (because he actually listened to what was happening with the car) and his great mechanics fixed it. It was that simple!!! I will never service my car anywhere else, and have since had 2 family members buy cars from there because of their awesome service! Thank You Bill Kay Chevrolet and Mark Bowling for making life so much easier! More
