I bought a 2014 Chevrolet Cruz from Bill Kay Chevrolet in Lisle, Il. I decided to go to this dealership which is an hour away from where I Live because of how wonderful I heard the sales team is & how profe Lisle, Il. From the minute I approached the door I was greeted by the nicest man who held the door for me & even gave me a hug! I thought that was great!! My salesman was Bobbie Nichols & he was very knowledgeable & very helpful. I can't thank Bobbie enough especially his extra help in working with my Insurance company to make sure I had adequate coverage. I sat with the finance Manager Joe for quite a while. Joe was great & really took the time to explain everything to me & made sure I understood everything. I have not bought a new car in almost 10 years & my experience now could not have gone any smoother. I will definitely refer everybody I know to Bill Kay Chevrolet. More

Bill Kay had several used cars to choose from. Paul, our sales person was prompt in helping us find the car we wanted to test drive. He answered all questions we had and was very knowledgeable. It seems that service is very important to them and making sure we were 100% happy with every aspect of the car buying and car care experience.
