He takes time to learn about your driving habits, previous experiences with your cars, and your expe importantly, he take time to know his customer. By far the best new vehicle purchase experience I ever had. I browsed what was in stock on the internet, when I came into the showroom it was by appointment, Tom Murphy had my file on his desk and a vehi had. He introduced me to George Wronowski, who runs the service department, George spent a good amount of time with us going over the vehicle which I must say has never happened to me in the past. Everyone I had contact with at Bill Kay Chevrolet was friendly, well prepared and really new the vehicles and their features. After my initial visit I came back two days later to sign the papers and pick up my new truck I was surprised at how quick the process went and how much of the paperwork was already prepared. I would highly recommend the Bill Kay experience I will certainly mention Tom and the rest of the crew to anyone I know that is looking for a new vehicle, not to mention how pleased I am every time I get in the truck! When we visited the showroom to complete the deal, my wife and I were greeted warmly at the door by Greg and Jonathan Forkal. We were introduced to the applicable people and departments that we would be involved with. A personal meeting with Bill Kay was a nice touch. We both feel that we were treated with respect and dignity. Having purchased numerous vehicle in my lifetime, I can honestly say this last one was my best experience yet. It would not be appropriate to just check in a few boxes because they have done more than just that when it came to winning my favor in customer service. I currently now own three chevrolet cars 1959 impala, 1965 chevelle ss, 2008 silverado LTZ with the addition of my new ZL1 camaro. I pride myself as well as my family who only buy GM to be apart of the "heatbeat of america". While living in Los Angeles I sought out Bill Kay chevrolet for the purchase of my Zl1 camaro. I had previously purchased three other chevrolet cars from local dealers. Fatigue and very impatient with poor customer service I wanted a dealer who could provide me with not only the car I wanted for two years, but the customer satisfaction and service I felt I deserved. Bill Kay Chevrolet did just that and much more beyond my expectations. I was not easy. When delivery of my ZL1 camaro was not as expected, Bill Kay Chevrolet went beyond the bar of customer service after all monies and contracts had been recieved and made things right. Not only will use Bill Kay Chevrolet for my next purchase of a new car. I have already referred one of my fellow firefighters on my job, telling them of my experience. Before I visited the dealership, I was very apprehensive because I have had bad experiences in the past but Jennifer and and John were very helpful. Jennifer provided great customer service and even followed up with me on her days off. The entire process was great and the other members of the staff that I met (David and Shawn) were helpful as well.
