Purchasing our new car was very easy. The salesman was knowledgeable and patient. You had the car that we thought we would like to buy. We purchased the car on a Saturday and asked for a Monday delivery. It did take 3 hours on Monday for the delivery however. Basically, this was due to the different sale pitches we sat thru for different exterior packages, interior packages, insurance etc. we did purchase weatherproof mats, mud flaps and an extra key but we knew we were going to buy these items from the very start. By the time we left, we had a headache. When we buy another car, we will go back to Bill Kay. By the way, we originally were going to check out the Toyota SUVs, but we wanted to have Onstar. For us it was necessary. That is why we purchased another GM product. We have also been satisfied with past GM cars. More
