Stopped in to look at vehicles after visiting the Chicago Auto Show. Wasn't really planning on purchasing. Jose showed us around so we could compare different options. I asked them to give me a ballpark on my trade while we were browsing. To our surprise, they came back with a very fair offer. We decided to go ahead and purchase, but ordered to get exactly the options we wanted. Chris helped us with the order and gave recommendations on options to consider and avoid. Several weeks later the vehicle arrived and we couldn't be happier with the experience. The trade was fair, the price on the new vehicle was a non-issue (I used a GM discount so there was no negotiation), but the thing we're most pleased with is the people. Not once was I pressured. They didn't care if I purchased then or in the future. After the sale, I was offered protection plans and extended warranties, but a simple "not interested" and they moved on (unlike every other vehicle I've bought). We've only had the vehicle for 24 hours so it's too early to have an opinion, but I hope working with the Service Department is similar to my experience with the Sales team (I have no reason to believe that it won't be). More

Customer service and honesty is still alive and kicking in the used car arena. We came in looking for a reliable used car for our son - something that would transition him into college and serve as a seco in the used car arena. After looking at a few "used car" showrooms, and being underwhelmed, we came to Bill Kay. My husband had purchased his Equinox at Bill Kay a few years back and highly recommended the dealership. We test drove a few cars and decided on the little Neon. Bill and Steven listened to our needs showing us only cars that fit our needs and budget. We never felt pressured. Our best interests were the number one priority for the sales team. Bill Kay Chevrolet, Bill Baresch and Steven Leonard went out of their way to not only get a new side mirror to replaced the current cracked one, but took the time to figure out the issue with the heater - even providing a ride from the train station so I could pick up the car once repaired. Overall - an incredible team - from the initial sale to the final close. I especially enjoyed our Financial "intern" - who looked adorable in his little suit listening to his father explain all the paperwork. Customer service is alive and kicking at Bill Kay Chevrolet. Our sincerest thanks for making this special purchase of our son's first car such a wonderful and memorable experience! You Rock! More
