Eric Pieroni was upfront on all pricing information, answered all my questions, and made the buying experience surprisingly drama free! Joe Komendanchik went over the paperwork with me making sure I understood everything that I was looking at and signing and made sure I was aware of the different warranty options that were available to me. Shawn Chamberlain was also great explaining the service membership program the dealership offered. He also personally met with me and handled my service call of installing the cross roof racks on my Equinox. All in all, I have to say this was probably my best buying experience I have ever had! Coming from me, that is no small compliment!! More

Great Experience Needed to trade in my 2011 Chevy Cruze so I went online to two difference Chevy dealers. Was contacted by both and went to see them the following day. Now I have credit issues so I knew it wasn't going to be an easy process. The first dealer who I can't remember and for good reason. I'm there maybe 15 minutes, they make up a story about contacting banks and will call Monday this was on Saturday. I knew then I wouldn't hear from them and I haven't. So I go to Bill Kay and see Paul Petersen who very nice and didn't sell me a dream. From the moment I walked in to the end of the deal I was treated very nice by the whole staff. It took three visits due to my situation, but Paul and the sales manager stayed in touch made a great deal for me. Surpassed my expectations and I don't see myself going anywhere else for my automobile purchase. More
