Happy Zippy Purchase I went in to Bill Kay Chevy to see Bill Baresch on a recommendation. I wanted to trade in my 2010 Equinox for a 2014 Equinox. My last experience purc I went in to Bill Kay Chevy to see Bill Baresch on a recommendation. I wanted to trade in my 2010 Equinox for a 2014 Equinox. My last experience purchasing a car took 5 long hours and I told Bill that I didn't want to have to spend that much time with this purchase. Bill totally understood and made it his mission to get my sale done with great service in a short period of time. I had done my research and knew what color, model, style Equinox I wanted. Bill was very friendly and transparent about the whole experience which made me feel much more comfortable with the sale. I wanted to lower my payment and Bill was able to make that happen. He made sure that all of my questions were answered and took the time to explain the numbers to me on the sale. Bill made it a personal experience, I wasn't just another person coming in to buy a car, he treated me like a friend and I appreciated that! He even went the extra mile to find the bell so that I could ring it for purchasing my new car!! I love my new Equinox, it drives like a dream. Avalanche Service The problem with my Avalanche was diagnosed quickly and accurately. The work was completed within the timeframe promised and under the estimated cost. The Avalanche was returned to me washed and cleaned. It has been 30 days since the repairs were completed and there has been no recurrence of the original problem.
