Not professional Very disapointed and feel cheated. Well they tried. I went the day before to established a trade in price for my used car. Quan said $6,000.00. Very disapointed and feel cheated. Well they tried. I went the day before to established a trade in price for my used car. Quan said $6,000.00. I know I couldnt get that. But I did have a written quote for $4100.00 already. When it came to trading it in. He could only give me $3000.00. If my wife wasn't with me. I would have walk out there. After the sale of the car. The called asking for $1000.00. I said I thought you added that to the sale. I noticed it was Higher than Quan quoted. I told them I would get back to them once I check on the bill of sale. Because the finance guy was in a hurry to leave that day He didn't go over the sale properly.. After checking out the bill of sale. We found an $500.00 add on that know one could explain what it was. Then I noticed $2000.00 add on for extra car insurance I didn't ask for. Not to mention Quan dismissed my Extra GM point of $500.00. It took me until the End of June to get my money back. Because they lost the paper work. Strange though. I was thre every 2 week reminding them. It was the worst experience I ever had. I felt cheated and lied to on many levels. I did have good service in the service department. They where very helpful. But I was disappointed I had to wait 3 hours for them to change a tire. And I had a appointment In the end. I also cut up my GM card. I don't think I will be buying GM after that. I guess buy 6 new cars or so didn't mean anything. John Basso. More

No BS. No games. I told him the price I wanted and he did what he could to get as close to that price as possible. Dean was also very helpful and informative when it came down to the numbers. I picked out the car i was interested in and went to the dealer. I was greeted by Bill Baresch as well as Chris Baumann. Chris spent a lot of time working with me on which payment option(s) would work best for me. Bill sat with me in the car explaining every little detail on all of the features on this car. I had a bunch of questions and was able to answer without hesitation. When I picked up the car, it was spotless and ready to go. He walked me through all of the vehicle setup (onstar, xm radio). The entire process couldn't have been easier. Car buying can be a very stressful experience but with these folks, it was actually sort of fun. Thanks Bill and Chris! More
