I didn't expect to buy a vehicle the night I came in, but working with Paul made the decision easy. He was very knowledgeable on the Equinox and the leasing terms along with patient & friendly. He even threw in a few jokes for free! He took the time to explain all of the features on the vehicle & make sure I understood everything before I left. I can get an Equinox anywhere, but I chose to buy at Bill Kay because of the customer service I received & continue to receive when I call Paul with any questions.
