My 3 kids were with me and the popcorn, instructions how to work the insides of the car, and Jamie kept them well entertained while I had to fill in paperwork and wait til my husband arrived. Tom went over every detail, and followed up with my insurance company-- I don't think there was one thing him, Jamie and Jessie DIDNT think of! Jessie, was super knowledgeable in answering questions within the paperwork that had to be reviewed and signed to get the transaction done. I felt comfortable throughout the entire process! More
