From my first call in, it was pleasant. My customer care representative (shame on me for not recalling her name), was amazing! Luckily the parts were on hand, so it took 45 minutes after diagnosing my truck. I was just happy I didn’t have to make another appointment. I have done work with another dealership close to you, it was offsetting. Just rude and zero customer service! Thank you for a great experience, we will be returning! Possibly to trade in my old beast for a new one . More
